01 / General Terms & Service Definition
- 01.These terms govern the photography services provided by Haruka Studio ('the Studio').
- 02.They apply to all clients ('the Client') who book or use our services.
02 / Booking & Payment
- 01.Our services are strictly by appointment only. Bookings can be made via our online booking system or contact form.
- 02.We accept credit cards, bank transfers, and cash payments at the studio.
- 03.Any additional options added on the day of the shoot must be paid immediately after the session at the studio.
03 / Cancellation & Rescheduling
- 01.Haruka Studio is strictly reservation-only. Please notify us early for any changes or cancellations.
- 02.Date changes must be requested at least 3 days prior; time adjustments are accepted 1–2 days prior.
- 03.Cancellations up to 3 days before are free. Same-day cancellations or no-shows incur a 50% fee.
- 04.Unpaid same-day cancellation fees will result in the refusal of future bookings.
- 05.Please consult us immediately in case of sudden illness, natural disasters, or force majeure.
04 / Late Arrival Policy
- 01.Late arrival will result in a reduction of your shooting time. No discounts or session extensions will be provided.
- 02.If you are late by 30 minutes or more without notice, the session may be cancelled and treated as a same-day cancellation (100% fee).
05 / Image Rights, Usage & Delivery
- 01.Copyright of all delivered photos belongs to the Studio. Clients receive a license for personal use (personal social media, printing, etc.).
- 02.Commercial usage (advertising, brand lookbooks, sales, etc.) requires booking a commercial package or prior written approval.
- 03.We do not provide unedited RAW files. All photos will be selected, retouched, and delivered in JPG format.
- 04.Delivered images are backed up for 30 days after delivery; the Studio is not responsible for data loss after this period.
06 / Wardrobe & Props
- 01.If studio-owned wardrobe or props are damaged or severely stained by the client, cleaning fees or replacement costs may be billed.
07 / Liability & Force Majeure
- 01.In the event of force majeure (natural disasters, infectious disease outbreaks, public transport suspension), cancellation fees will be waived.
- 02.Outdoor shoots cancelled due to severe weather conditions will be rescheduled free of charge.
- 03.If a session cannot be completed due to equipment malfunction by the Studio, our liability is limited to a refund of the amount paid for the session.
